Michelle is passionate about working with the public to improve government services. She has a decade of experience working with multiple federal agencies as well as academia in the areas of information architecture, content strategy, user experience, project management, and administration. Michelle entered federal service as a Presidential Management Fellow after graduating with a MS in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. |

Lisette is a Visual Designer whose design practice leverages human-centered design in conceptualizing solutions that create holistic end-to-end user experiences. Lisette's career has focused on producing creative content for civic, nonprofit, and federal entities over the years and she has a passion to create design systems that provide solutions for complex problems in a meaningful way that is usable and beautiful. In her previous roles, her specialty in conceptualizing digital products, such as interactives and multimedia experiences, focused on the elevation of content through data storytelling. |
