About the Presenter: Samantha Adrignola |   Workforce Planning and Reshaping Consulting Manager

Samantha Adrignola

Samantha Adrignola supervises the Workforce Planning and Reshaping team in OPM’s HR Solutions, HR Strategy and Evaluation Solutions. The team conducts consulting projects for agencies in the areas of workforce planning, organizational design, workforce restructuring, succession planning, and organization development. Samantha has 15 years of experience in OPM HRS, helping agencies develop and implement human capital strategies to enable their missions. Samantha’s previous roles include team lead in the Human Capital Industry Solutions (HCIS) program office, and an HR specialist in workforce and succession planning and recruitment and staffing. Samantha received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Truman State University, and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University. Samantha lives in Kansas City where she cheers on the KC Chiefs football team with her husband and three sons.
