Seat Time/Course Length | The blended Strategic Recruiting course is comprised of 2 hours of Web-Based Training (WBT) and 8 hours of Webinars. The following table summarizes the sequence of the course components and provides estimates for the time each will require.
The course design calls for learners to complete the pre-test, the WBT component, and the post-test before attending the Webinars. Once learners have completed the Webinars, they'll earn completion for the course. |
