Overview

OPM’s Process & Performance Improvement Program (PPIP) is conducting virtual, instructor-led, synchronous Lean Six Sigma Foundations training to support the shift of time and energy from low-value to high-value work. It will incorporate presentations, discussions, and collaborative work to effectively teach you how to use data collection and analysis tools and techniques to uncover root causes of complex challenges and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.

You can expect to leave this course with a foundational understanding of continuous process improvement techniques that will help you drive individual and organizational improvements.

We welcome anyone with an interest in gaining new knowledge and skills in continuous process improvement.
