This course is open to all leaders interested in cultivating mindfulness skills that enhance personal and organizational wellbeing, self-awareness, and resilience. The presentation, practices, and dialogue will provide baseline awareness for those new to mindfulness, but those with intermediate and even advanced knowledge and experience of mindfulness meditation will still benefit from the information-sharing and collaborative approach.
Participants must attend the entire session and complete prework which includes a few short readings, videos, and pre- and post-assessments. In both the virtual and in-person formats, participants are encouraged to dress casually and ensure their learning environment is supportive of quiet practice and minimal distractions.
