Overview

Knowing how to assess and manage risk is a critical skill for successful leaders in the federal government. This course introduces a step-by-step approach utilizing the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) methodology to identify, assess, and reduce potential failure modes resulting in improved performance of your organization’s processes.

This virtual, instructor-led, synchronous one-day training has been developed for individuals in the public sector. It will incorporate presentations, discussions, and collaborative work to effectively teach you how assess and manage risk using FMEA.
