OPM’s Process & Performance Improvement Program (PPIP) develops improvement capacity in the public sector by utilizing a participatory learning approach:

• Training classes and programs open to individuals from any agency
• Customized training programs and workshops for intact teams or organizations
• Agency-specific, project-based learning solutions to execute improvements while building internal capacity to sustain improvements and continue developing others

Our program equips individuals with knowledge and skills that can be immediately applied to support their organization's transformation by:

• Utilizing data to shape the future of government,

• Uncovering root causes of complex challenges.

Foundations in Lean Six Sigma Training

PPIP provides Foundations in Lean Six Sigma Training conducted in a virtual, instructor-led, synchronous learning environment.
