About the Presenters:

Andrea Zappone 


Colleen Farrel-Felici

Andrea Zappone is a Personnel Research Psychologist in the Organizational Assessment section of HR Strategy and Evaluative Solutions.  In 2004, Andrea received her M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University.  Since 2010, Andrea has worked for OPM as a personnel research psychologist.  She works on various assessment projects within OPM’s HRSES division including individual leadership assessments, climate surveys and other survey design and implementation projects.

 Andrea also provides additional support services to customer agencies including action planning and coaching for leaders and teams. Andrea lives outside of Washington, D.C. with her husband, two daughters, and dog, Belle.  

Stacie Porter 


Stacie Porter

Stacie Porter (Kusters) is a Lead HR Consultant in the Workforce Planning and Reshaping section of OPM’s HR Strategy and Evaluation Solutions.  With a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, Stacie started her career in grass roots business startups, fell in love with business psychology and the neuroscience of leadership, and now holds over 17 years’ experience advising and consulting leaders through various human capital management initiatives.

Stacie’s primary consulting expertise spans multiple solution areas, including strategic alignment, workforce and succession planning, organization development, communications, leadership development, training, executive coaching, mentoring, training/facilitating, and change management. Time spent away from work is enjoyed by reading, traveling, exploring new restaurants with her husband, six kids, and mother-in-law.
