In our continuously evolving environment, using data to make decisions is more critical than ever. You must understand what your data is telling you and how to communicate that message to others. Learn how to move from analytics to action by building your own data story. Transform metrics and statistics into relatable stories to help improve and advance your organization. The President’s Management Agenda calls for an increased focus on utilizing data, and this session will help you learn to build your own data story and utilize that data story to help drive decisions.

About the Presenter: 

Megan Huss


Megan Huss

Megan Huss is the Director of the Process & Performance Improvement Program (PPIP) in the U.S. Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) HR Solutions (HRS) Division.  Megan established PPIP in 2018 and leads the strategic development of process and performance improvement capabilities in public sector organizations through trainings, workshops, and project-based learning initiatives that support utilizing data to transform government processes, shifting from low-value to high-value work, and uncovering root causes of complex challenges. 

Megan has held many leadership roles during her 15 years with OPM HRS in Organizational Change & Transformation; Workforce & Succession Management; Strategy & Business Planning; as well as Operations Management, and holds a B.A. and M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
