Overview
Although written communication skills are critical across all professions, they’re especially important for HR professionals. As a new HR specialist, you may eventually find yourself in an external-facing role, representing your organization as you engage with various audiences and stakeholders. From recruitment messages, to position descriptions, to job announcements, and more, HR specialists can expect to engage in a variety of writing activities as part of their regular duties. Having solid foundational writing skills and continually improving them can increase your personal performance, enhance your agency’s reputation, and save time for you and your team.
