About the Presenter: Nicole McIntyre |
Nicole McIntyre is a Philadelphia-based Senior Human Resources Consultant for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management’s Federal Staffing Center (FSC), which provides reimbursable staffing and training services to the Federal HR community. In her role as a technical expert, Nicole has delivered training sessions across the United States and in Europe on subjects such as assessment development, merit systems principles, veterans’ preference, delegated examining, and basic staffing. Additionally, Nicole has worked to support OPM’s USAStaffing automated hiring system in both a Lead Trainer and User Support capacity. With nearly 15 years of experience at OPM, Nicole has served as a Project Manager on numerous staffing projects, helping customer agencies identify their human capital needs and creating announcements and assessments which attract the right talent to their open positions. She has managed the staffing and recruitment phases of various SES Candidate Development Programs and the Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program and has served as Panel Chair for PMF and Administrative Law Judge structured interviews. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Political Science from Providence College and a Master’s degree in Public and Non-Profit Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. |
