Kathy Cooperman is a faculty member of the Center for Leadership Development's Federal Executive Institute at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. Kathy specializes in Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and Presentation Skills. She brings over 30 years of experience, working in both the government and private sectors. Kathy’s focus is on helping clients creatively find solutions to their engagement, development and leadership challenges. Kathy has coached executives in a variety of industries across the U.S. and internationally. She works closely with individuals and groups to help them take ownership for their success. She helps leaders identify their greatest strengths and blind spots— behaviors that they don’t see but are known to others. Kathy has an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University. She completed the Advanced Program in Organization Development and Human Resource Management through Columbia University and the University of Michigan. Kathy was awarded the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation— National Speakers Association’s highest measure of professional platform skill. Kathy is a certified executive coach: CPC (Certified Professional Coach), ELI-MP, graduate of iPEC Coaching Institute. |
