Michael is an executive-level educator and certified coach with over 30-years of experience in the public and private sectors. He joined the FEI faculty in 2013 where he teaches leadership, organizational development, change management, and inter-organizational collaboration. During his military career he served in a wide array of command and staff positions retiring as the Director of the Marine Corps War College. He then served as Vice President, Defense Strategy and Operations, for a commercial IT services and solutions firm. He holds M.S. degrees from the Naval Post-Graduate School and the National Defense University. Michael holds M.S. degrees from the Naval Post-Graduate School and the National Defense University. He is also certified as an Associated Certified Coach, Conflict Management Consultant, Emotional Intelligence Consultant, and Program Management Professional. |
