During a crisis, we often look to authority to provide direction. However, at such times, often there are no clear answers and paths forward. In this webinar, we will introduce a way to make sense of how humans behave during a crisis, and how one might begin to regain a sense of one's agency. We will also touch upon what it may look like to exercise leadership during times of great uncertainty and volatility.
