Mark assignments or items complete

You’ll see activity completion instructions to the right of an assignment or activity that requires your attention or action to complete an item.

  • You will see items that say, “To do:” and will say what action is required to complete the course.
  • You can also select the open course index drawer located on the right-hand screen and has an icon that looks like an index with bulleted items. When you open that drawer, you will see dots next to the assignment or activity that requires you to mark them complete.

Some assignments require you to submit files or online text. Specific instructions will be included in the assignment.

Check completion status

  • You will know you have completed an assignment or activity when you see a green check and says “Done”.
  • From the open course index drawer, you will see dots next to the assignment or activity that requires you to mark them complete.  A green dot indicates you have completed the item and the ones that are white are ones that need action.

Fix emails going to spam/junk

If course announcements or forum posts are sent to your email spam or junk folder, please add>no-reply@cldcentral.usalearning.gov to your trusted list of senders, contacts, or address book. This is commonly known as “whitelisting” or “adding to safe senders list”. If you aren’t sure how to do this, please contact your agency’s IT or CyberSolutions help desk.

We also recommended you request the domain cldcentral.usalearning.gov be whitelisted by your agency’s IT or CyberSolutions team. You can let them know that you are attending an official OPM training program/course and that you need to be able to access it for your course/program.
