About the Presenter:
Colleen Farrell-FeliciEd.D., CPC, PCC |
Colleen joined the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) as a human resource consultant in 2009 after a 25-year career in the private sector. Her current role as a Program Manager includes managing and monitoring leadership development programs for OPM’s Center for Leadership Development (CLD). Colleen has also been a staffing consultant at OPM’s Federal Staffing Center (FSC), managing staffing projects such as case examining and strategic staffing leadership programs. Colleen has also been a leadership and HR subject matter expert and instructor for CLD’s Eastern Management Development Center (EMDC) and Federal HR Institute (FHRI). Colleen is a Certified Life Coach from the IPEC School and the International Coaching Federation with an expertise in Career and Leadership Coaching. Colleen holds a Doctorate in Education and Leadership from the American College of Education; a master’s degree from the Fels School of Government at the University of Pennsylvania; and a master’s degree in Executive Leadership from Champlain College. Colleen is certified in the Leadership Challenge; Myers Brigg; FIROB; OPM 360 assessment; EQI; and ELI-MP. |
